Personal Statement

I earned an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Science here at Wenatchee Valley College in 1995. I have earned Certificate of Completion from our own Medical Assistant Program in 2006. I began teaching at Wenatchee Valley College in 2006 and fell in love with it. My 20 years of medical experience include Emergency Care (Trauma 2, Trauma 3,Trauma 5), Walking Clinic, Emergency Medical Services, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, ICU, Home Health, Surgical, Long Term Care, Medical/Oncology, Orthopedic, Occupational Medicine, Pediatrics, I have work as a Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Specialist, Emergency Department Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, Basic Life Support Instructor, and a Deputy Coroner.
